Superman Lunch Box (Universal, 1954). This iconic Superman lunchbox, regarded as one of the "Holy Grails" in the pantheon of lunchbox collecting, was released by Universal in 1954. The front panel features a striking image of Superman battling a giant robot, one of the most memorable illustrations tied to the Man of Steel. Measuring approximately 8.75 by 6.5 by 3.75 inches, this rare and highly coveted lunchbox is missing its original thermos but retains the original holder arm inside. The colors remain vibrant, though the steel clasp and handle show some tarnishing. There are surface scratches both inside and out, with moderate wear, but overall, the lunchbox remains in impressive, displayable condition for a nearly 70-year-old collectible.
