Captain Action Flash Gordon Uniform & Equipment Set (2nd Issue) (Ideal, 1967). This Captain Action Flash Gordon Uniform and Equipment Set is the 2nd issue of the set containing the ring and was released by Ideal in 1967. The unused set includes the full Flash Gordon costume and accessories, based on the popular comic strip and film serials. The set features a mask, ray pistol, guidance gun, belt with holster, "Algae-Activated Atmospheric Balance Generator," boots, and a bonus lenticular Red Circle Ring. The tape has dried at both ends and the box is no longer sealed but the box appears unopened and the interior components remain untouched. Measuring 15.25 by 11 by 2.5 inches, the box has corner and edge wear with some yellowing due to age as well as some small creases. There is soiling across the box and sticker residue at the top right corner on front.
