Hank Williams Personally Owned Fiddle With Bow and Case.
A Hank Williams personally-owned Vuillaume Paris fiddle. Owned by the country music pioneer, housed in a black hard case and contains a bow.

This was consigned with us by the widow of Jim Owen. Owen was a singer, songwriter, lyricist, actor, and comedian who portrayed Hank Williams Sr. in two television movies and received an Emmy award for "Show of the Year" from PBS. This was gifted to Owen.

Measures approx. 23" from top to bottom. No serial number. Fiddle is in Excellent condition with some light chipping and wear in various spots. Bow has heavily torn hair throughout. Case has plenty of wear. LOP from Susan Owen and a photo of Les Smithhart playing it. COA from Heritage Auctions.
