Description

Ornate Indian Sitar With Hard Shell Case. Release your inner George Harrison or Ravi Shankar with this ornately decorated Indian-made sitar. Harrison employed the sitar on many of the classic Beatles' hits and helped introduce the instrument to a broader audience. This example features some rather ornate inlays and relief carving on the gourds. This sitar is currently not set up to play and likely needs the attention of a professional to get it into optimal playing condition. In Good condition. Has some scuffs, scratches, wood chipping, and slight discoloring. It is sold with a hard shell case, protective cloth cover and includes an instruction booklet.
