1950 Buffet Crampon pre-R13 Clarinet, Serial # 40066 Made in Paris. Fully restored - this is the model that preceded the release of the R13, and arguably a better instrument. The tell-tale sign of the model is the one piece G#-A post and triangular key guide. Our offering was restored by John Parrette and Morrie Backun and may actually play better than it did when it was built in 1950. It's been completely repadded, including all new valentino pads. The keys are solid nickel and have been cleaned and shined to original condition. The original bell and barrel are crack-free. Hard case included. Condition: Restored to Mint.
