Austin Disaster Relief Network



Proceeds from this Auction will benefit the Austin Disaster Relief Network. This is the second auction featuring hand-crafted guitars benefiting the ADRN. The Austin Disaster Relief Network is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, comprised of churches, ministries and businesses within the Christian community of Greater Austin to form a disaster relief alliance to help those in need in times of disaster.

After the traumatic floods in Austin and the Texas Hill Country in the spring and fall the Guys Building Guitars group decided to put their talents to good use. The Dallas based club together with guitar groups throughout the United States built and donated guitars to help raise funds for the flood victims in the "Live Music Capital of the World" and surrounding areas.

The Austin Disaster Relief Network is starting "phase 2" of recovery by helping the people impacted by the floods rebuild their homes and businesses. Guys Building Guitars is a Guild of Texas guitar builders that like to build guitars, "hangout and talk about building guitars".
