Description
Rick Springfield's 1993 Warmoth Strat Natural Solid Body Electric Guitar, NVSN. This is a Warmoth Strat-style guitar with an oil finish. Rick used this guitar extensively in the studio and in his writing room for demos and writing songs. He also used this guitar on stage when he began touring again in 1994. This guitar features a wide nut at 1 & 3/4". The original pots date to 1993. Medium-Jumbo frets are present and show moderate playwear. The tuners are Tom Anderson Grovers. This guitar appears to have been assembled or serviced by Guitar Traditions out of Santa Monica, California (sticker under the pickguard). There is a coil tap switch on the pickguard for the Humbucker pickup. There are three switches on the body for any combination of pickups. This guitar has interesting wiring and must have given Rick a vast array of tones. Minor dings and scratches are present. 7.6 lbs. Fender hard case included. Very Good condition.Auction Info
