Grateful Dead Signed Fender Stratocaster Guitar. A vintage Surf Green Fender Stratocaster signed by six members of the legendary American rock band, formed in 1965. The guitar is singed by Jerry Garcia (1942-95), Brent Mydland (1952-90), and Mickey Hart, on the pickguard, and by Bob Weir (signed "Bobby Weir"), Phil Lesh, and Bill Kreutzmann, on the body, all in black marker. The guitar has been lovingly played and shows signed of wear on the fingerboard, particularly on frets 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, and 8. There is cigarette burn at the top of the headstock. Very clean overall, there is light crazing to the paint and a few light dings and scratches, but none go through to the wood. COA from Heritage Auctions.
