DescriptionDick Dale Signed Fender Squier Telecaster. A 1999 purple left-handed Fender Squire Stratocaster signed by Surf Rock legend Dick Dale, attributed by Guitar Player Magazine as the "Father of Heavy Metal". The left-handed guitar is setup with the low E string at the bottom, as Dick plays. It is signed on the body, near the tail, "To Kevin Keep Playing Dick Dale". It is also signed on the headstock. The guitar shows signs of play wear, with dings, a couple of dents and small chips, some light buckle rash on the back, and the back plate has been removed to expose the tremolo springs. Includes a soft case. Rosewood fretboard COA from Heritage Auctions.
