circa 1961 Gibson SG Les Paul Custom White Solid Body Electric Guitar.
Refinished SG Les Paul from circa 1961. The serial number is illegible under the thick poly finish. A stop bar has been added and the bridge is a later 60's patent number. The neck pickup is pre-1974 patent stick. The middle pickup has an epoxy back and is from the 70's/80's. The bridge pickup is post-1974 and has a stamped patent number. The neck has been re-fretted with jumbo frets and the nut has been replaced. The pots and one capacitor appear to be original. The jack hole is filled and a side jack has been professionally made/installed. Non-original knobs. The Grover tuners are most likely original. There appears to be a headstock repair but it is hard to see/determine. A very good player grade guitar with a 70's Gibson Protector case. 6.12lbs. Hard case included. Condition: Poor.
