    Description

1966 Gibson ES-355 Cherry Semi-Hollow Body Electric Guitar, #858518. Guitar appears to have been completely oversprayed and possibly refinished. Pickguard is severely deteriorated. All metal parts have been replaced except tuners which appear to be original. Bridge is Japanese reproduction. Pickups are original but covers have either been replaced or re-plated. Unusual model with unbound F holes. Varitone is loose inside guitar, appears to still be in circuit. No evidence of breaks or repairs other than apparent drop fill on body below neck pickup. Original hard case included. Condition: Fair.
