Description
1957 Fender Telecaster Blonde Solid Body Electric Guitar, Serial # -22666, Weight: 7.2 lbs. Refinished '57 Telecaster with a body date of 9-57. Neck date is incomplete and reads 9-5- which is common on sanded, refinished guitars. Replaced pickguard. Original electronics but the wires have been spliced and there are areas of solder touch up. Pots date to the 4th week of 1957. Bridge pickup has weak output and should be re-wound. Decal and nut are replaced. Neck has been re-fretted and the new frets have been dressed. An appraisal from George Gruhn is also included. Great stage guitar with killer looks! Hard case included. Condition: Fair. Price Guide Value $20,000Auction Info
