1955 Gretsch 6196 Country Club Cadillac Green Archtop Electric Guitar, Serial #32704.
A very clean example of the famed Country Club. Strong color with minimal fading. Light binding deterioration near the heel which is to be expected. A Gretsch Bigsby has been installed but the original "G" tailpiece is included. There is a slight crack in the headstock at bass side and treble side tuners. One replaced tuner. There is a spot of paint-loss at the high E tuner that has been colored in with a matching green marker. Corrosion to the neck pick-up and the strap peg. Small crack from the tail of the Bigsby through the back binding. 7.8lbs. Condition: Very Good.
