    1954 Guild Stratford X-350 Sunburst Semi-Hollow Body Electric Guitar, Serial # 1598, Weight: 8.5 lbs. Early example with a laminated spruce top. Headstock face has been re-finished. Tuners have been changed to Gotoh pieces. Considerable amount of glue residue on the back of the headstock. Holes from original tuners are showing. Guitar has been re-wired. Non-original pickup covers. Possibly replaced pickups. Push button panel has been converted to knobs. Volume and tone knobs are not original. Tone pot is a 3-way click pot. Binding is breaking down as is common to the model. Bridge has been changed but the original is included. Les Paul style jack plate has been installed. Truss rod cover and pickguard have been replaced as well. Original hard case included. Condition: Poor. Price Guide Value $2,500
