    1953 Fender Telecaster Butterscotch Solid Body Electric Guitar, Serial # 2978, Weight, 7 lbs. Refinished, non-Fender 2-piece body with center seam and no router pin holes. "Gloria" marked tape in the control cavity. Pots have a date code of 304325 indicating 25th week of 1953. Caps and switch are original or at least era correct. Pickguard and ashtray bridge cover appear to be relic'd reproductions. Neck has a date code of 10-53 but appears to have been re-finished with a reproduction decal. Some relic work has been done to the fingerboard. Pickups appear to be original. Guitar is in working order. Sold as-is with no warranty or return. Re-issue Fender tweed hard case included.
