Gene Krupa's Slingerland Drum Set.
A four-piece Slingerland kit played, signed, and inscribed by the drumming legend, Gene Krupa. Known to be the last kit he used (he died in 1973). Includes: a 5" x 14" snare, a "Centennial" 7" x 12" rack tom, a custom-made 19" x 20" bass drum converted into a floor tom, a 13" x 24" kick drum, along with a custom-made Zildjian 20" Swish cymbal (with rivets) and custom-made 14" h-hats. (The cymbals feature "GK" stamps, which was done custom by Zildjian at Gene's request.) Hardware included is a snare stand, a Slingerland kick pedal, a splash mount, as well as various sticks (including Slingerland Gene Krupa model and Regal Tip) and brushes. The floor tom features an inscription and signature from Krupa with a thick red felt tip: "To The / St. Paul Drummers/ Keep swingin'" and there is a "1972" added under the signature.

The St. Paul is in reference to the St. Paul the Apostle school in Yonkers, a place where Krupa served as a parishioner and his kids went to.
