This 1969 Ampeg AMB Scroll Bass, serial #000585C, is a remarkably clean and well-preserved example of this rare and distinctive model. Finished in Cherry Sunburst, the AMB is the second version of the iconic Scroll Bass, featuring a unique scroll-style headstock and violin-style body shape. Built in Linden, New Jersey, this model includes a professionally repaired crack at the treble-side F-hole, which has been cleanly addressed and remains stable. The instrument is otherwise nearly flawless, retaining its original hardware and finish. It comes with the original hard case and a substantial collection of original paperwork.
