    Description

    1962 Fender Precision Bass Sunburst Electric Bass Guitar, #91320. Very late slab board with June date. Appears to have been painted black at one time, but has been removed down to original sunburst finish. Pickup leads have been re-soldered, but appear to be original and foam underneath has been replaced. Screws for bridge cover are replacement. Pots date to 18th week of 1962. Body date is 7/62. Neck date is JUN62C. Considerable finish missing, either from play or removal of paint. Back of body has U-shaped crack on the bass side of neck plate, origin unknown. Has moderate fret wear to original frets. Cigarette burn at low E on original headstock. Has minimal rutting in fingerboard. Has several cracks in original pickguard with the 2 forward tips missing. Original shield plate intact. Hard case included. Condition: Fair.
