Description
1957 Fender Bassman Tweed Guitar Amplifier, Serial # BM00530. The Bassman is one of the most desirable amplifiers of the tweed Fender era. This 1957 model has matching tube chart serial number and chassis serial number. The speakers are the correct P-10 Jensens but date to mid 1960. The output transformer code is 45249 with Fender stamped in the metal. The power cord has been replaced along with several caps including power supply caps. The cabinet appears to have been professionally re-covered but the back panels retain their original coverings but the badge is a repro. Amplifier is in working order but will need to be serviced.
