1973 Guild F-112 Natural 12 String Acoustic Guitar, #81210. Mild play-wear and finish checking. Back of guitars has surface swirl; possibly from wet sanding. May have some light overspray. Back of headstock shows evidence of sticker removal and finish scratches from over buffing. Headstock laminate shows separation fracture in the finish edge. Frets show mild wear. One minor finish stress line on back behind heel extending approx. 2 inches. Top shows open cracks in soundhole area from pickguard shrinking. Would benefit from neck re-set. Sold in "as-is" condition with repair needed. Hard case included. Condition: Fair.
