1965 Gibson J-50 Natural Acoustic Guitar #340774 Project guitar. Original finish on back, sides and neck. The top's finish has a dull satin look to it. Neck may have been re-set and the bridge may be a replacement and was re-glued in an amateur style. Original double-line Kluson Deluxe tuners. Guitar is marked as a factory "2". Guitar is heavily checked and has scratches, dings and nicks throughout. Treble side corner of headstock is worn/chipped. No headstock cracks or repairs. Center seam of top is opening ever so slightly and should be sealed. There is a top crack near treble side shoulder that runs from the binding for one inch to pickguard and then under plastic pickguard for about 3" inches. May have been refretted. Restore this guitar properly and you'll have a great sounding guitar with lots of cosmetic character flaws. Aftermarket chipboard case. Condition: Fair
