    1947 Martin 000-28 Natural Acoustic Guitar, #99455. Heavy weather checking to the to the body along with significant play wear and scratching. Visible center seam top crack. Repaired and patched pickguard shrinkage. A crack still exists under the E string. Brass frets from 1-7 and non-original frets along the rest of the fingerboard. Finish scoring around the bridge which is original but has been reshaped with four filled holes. Large area of bare wood on the reverse. Loose binding at waist area on back. Original tuners. Paperwork in the case indicates that a neck reset was done by Charley's Guitar Shop in Dallas, Texas. Could benefit from a professional refret and a new bridge. Hard case (later Martin) included. Condition: Fair.
