    Beatles Slough Adelphi Cinema Concert Ticket Stub and Tour Program (UK, November 5, 1963). Early in their UK Fall Tour, the Beatles made their second (and last) appearance in the Berkshire town of Slough. This was the day after their legendary appearance at the Royal Variety Performance in front of Queen Elizabeth and Princess Margaret. Ticket: A 2.375" x 2.625" pink paper stub for the 8:45 (second) performance in the Stalls, F 10, price 10/6. Light wear, Fine condition. Programme: A 7.875" x 10.5" sixteen-page program with silver cover, contains bios, photos, and record information. A fan has written the set list for a concert on this tour on the inside front cover. General wear and creasing, Good condition.

    In The Beatles Anthology, Paul commented on speaking to the Queen Mother the previous night: "The Queen Mother said, 'Where are you playing tomorrow night?' I said, 'Slough.' And she said, 'Oh, that's just near us.'" (page 105).
