    Description

Beatles Jacksonville Gator Bowl Concert Ticket Stub (1964), in Acrylic Display. Hurricane Dora arrived in Jacksonville just before their scheduled performance on September 11, 1964, which was nearly cancelled due to the major damage the city incurred. That was a major problem (nearly a third of the ticket holders couldn't get to the concert), but not the only one. The concert was originally to have been segregated but the Beatles refused to perform unless it was a mixed audience. The show did go on and they performed their standard set even though Ringo's drums had to be secured to the stage because of 45 mph winds. This 3.25" x 2" green stub is enclosed in a screw-down acrylic display of 5.5" x 3.5" x 0.625" and is in Fine condition. From the Connie and Dennis Dailey Monumental Beatle Collection.

The movie quite literally changed my life. I have included a pic of me in Sly's Rocky 3 Cashmere overcoat, would much appreciate if it is possible for you to forward this email to Sly to let him know the overcoat is in good hands, and will be well taken care of, (as will be the Rambo knife forging tools, the other lot I won!) Wish you very happy holidays and a great 2016!
