Stevie Ray Vaughan Handwritten Lyrics for an Unpublished and Unrecorded Song "Mustang to Dallas." An 8.5" x 11" lined yellow sheet from a legal pad with Stevie Ray's handwritten lyrics to a song he composed in 1983. It is titled, signed, and dated at the top: "Mustang To Dallas © 1983 S R Vaughan". The lyrics tell the story of arriving in Dallas, playing in a band, and getting a recording contract. When the record company guy hands him the keys to a new Cadillac, he turns them down saying: "I think my Mustang's Doin' Fine!" The complete lyric transcription is on our website. Interestingly, he adds notes to the side about the performance: "'D' - Rumble/'Move in' Blues/Texas/Style" and, beneath the line for the solo, he writes: "Albert & Freddy Sh*t" (a reference to two of his blues guitar heroes, Albert King and Freddie King). The lyrics are matted with two color photos and framed to an overall 32" x 22". No need to mention how rare and desirable this is. Sheet is slightly crumpled; otherwise Excellent condition.

The movie quite literally changed my life. I have included a pic of me in Sly's Rocky 3 Cashmere overcoat, would much appreciate if it is possible for you to forward this email to Sly to let him know the overcoat is in good hands, and will be well taken care of, (as will be the Rambo knife forging tools, the other lot I won!) Wish you very happy holidays and a great 2016!
