Various Blues Artists Group of (4) Original Pressing LP Vinyl Records Recorded at Angola Prison. A group of four vinyl LPs, all recorded at the Louisiana State Penitentiary, better known as "Angola," the former site of a slave plantation. Lot includes: 1) Angola Prisoners' Blues (Louisiana Folklore Society, LFS A-3). The sleeve is in VG-EX 6 condition and the disc is in VG-EX 6.5 condition; 2) Prison Worksongs (LFS A-5). The sleeve is in NM 8 condition and the disc is in NM 8.5 condition; 3) Angola Prison Spirituals (LFS A-6). The sleeve is in EX 7.5 condition and the disc is in NM 8.5 condition; 4) Robert Pete Williams Those Prison Blues (Folk-Lyric Recording Co., FL 109).
