Hoy (La Verdadera Vocacion de Magdalena) is the second album from Mexico's innovative Psychedelic Rock collective La Revolucion de Emiliano Zapata. Incorporating elements of Hard Rock, Folk, progressive melodies and countercultural ideals, La Revolucion was indeed a cutting edge band until a changing musical and political climate forced the band to adopt a romantic-ballad style to survive, and this album may be the greatest example of their wild years. Lyrics in English/Spanish. Gatefold LP. Cover shows some wear, primarily around the edges, with a minor lamination defect at the top of the back cover. Condition: EX 7 (cover)/NM 8 (disc).
