Includes a a 45 featuring the Fourmost's 1966 cover of the Beatles' "Here, There and Everywhere", backed with their own "You've Changed", accompanied by a 5" x 4" autograph album page signed by members Brian O'Hara, Mike Millward, Billy Hatton, and Dave Lovelady in blue ink. The page is in Very Fine condition with mild wear; the disc is VG-5.
