Duffy Scruffy Duffy Stereo LP (UK - Chapter One CHS-R 814, 1973). A distinctive concoction of Prog, Psych, and Hard Rock, Duffy's second album, Scruffy Duffy, pulls from influences as diverse as Deep Purple, Jethro Tull, and Uriah Heep. That this album isn't an all-time classic of 1970s Hard Rock is a shame. Here is a rare copy of the original 1973 UK issue on Chapter One records. Includes vintage British inner sleeve. Opening in the mid-1980s in San Diego and shutting its doors in the 1990s, the original BeatHaven Records specialized in rare Beat, Garage, Psychedelic, and Progressive Rock records from the 1960's and 1970's from around the world.
