    Description

Buddy Holly That'll Be The Day LP (Decca 8707, 1957). Decca had been Buddy Holly's first label, but his singles, including an earlier version of the Crickets' #1 hit "That'll Be The Day", didn't sell well, and he was unceremoniously dropped, only to be picked up eventually by a Decca subsidiary, Brunswick - and the rest is history! After the Crickets' success in 1957, Decca gathered their old recordings and released this album. Condition: EX 7/ EX 7.
