Beatles Yesterday and Today 2nd State "Butcher Cover" Mono LP (Capitol T-2553, 1966). A meticulous peel job has ensured the controversial "Butcher Cover" is in fantastic shape on this much sought-after album, pressed at plant number "6". The cover has slightly worn corners, a few tiny dings near the edges, and what appears to be minute water staining on the back, at the top right. Also included is the recall letter from the distributor, the original orange inner sleeve, the peeled, less wild "Trunk Cover," and articles documenting the controversy caused by this album's release. Those mop-topped Englishmen sure knew how to stir things up! Condition: NM 8 (cover)/ VG-EX 6 (disc). From the Jeff Abrams Rock 'n' Roll Archive.
