    Description

Elvis Presley "Could I Fall In Love" - Picture Sleeve Prop for Double Trouble (1967). If you're wondering why this picture sleeve (it's actually cardboard and more like an EP cover) is listed as a prop, the artist's name should be a good clue. It's Elvis as "Guy Lambert", a character he portrayed in his movie Double Trouble. The MGM prop department fabricated this full-color picture sleeve specifically for one five-second scene, right before he sings "Could I Fall in Love". The cover credit reads "Guy Lambert with Georgie and His G-Men". Peca Record Co., a made-up name, is shown on this heavy cardboard sleeve, but Peca Records doesn't actually exist. In fact, the back of the cover is a standard issue RCA Camden promo! The disc Elvis pulls from this cover then puts on the record player is an ordinary MGM promo single by another artist! Fun fact: if you can't find this photo of Elvis anywhere else, it may be because for this image, his head was photoshopped onto a non-Elvis body!

The movie quite literally changed my life. I have included a pic of me in Sly's Rocky 3 Cashmere overcoat, would much appreciate if it is possible for you to forward this email to Sly to let him know the overcoat is in good hands, and will be well taken care of, (as will be the Rambo knife forging tools, the other lot I won!) Wish you very happy holidays and a great 2016!
