Wilson Pickett / Drifters / Shirelles (1980s/90s) Large Globe Concert Poster. A green and pink poster from Globe Posters, featuring a stacked lineup of stars, headlined by the "Mustang Sally" man, "Wicked" Wilson Pickett. This looks straight out of the 1950s or 1960s, but the tip-off that it isn't is the price of admission.

You would not have pay $20 a ticket to see Wilson Pickett, the Drifters, the Shirelles, and Jr. Walker unless it was circa the 1980s or 1990s. Still, this is a dazzling poster, "featuring the giant stars of the 60's" with "plenty of roses for all the ladies!"

Measures 22" x 35". Has writing on verso in felt tip. Printed on thick paper/thin cardboard. In Very Good Plus condition with creasing and folding marks in the corners. COA from Heritage Auctions.
