Description

The Doors/Peanut Butter Conspiracy Whisky A-Go Go San Francisco Concert Poster (Love Conspiracy Commune, 1967). Largely forgotten now, the San Francisco version of L.A.'s Whisky A-Go Go featured topless dancers and waitresses during its brief existence (1965-67). The Doors were scheduled to play there for two weeks in February 1967, but dropped out after two nights of tiny crowds. This first-printing poster is scarce, printed in black and white on 14" x 20" thin card stock. The poster is in Near Mint Minus condition, with the slightest bit of corner wear.
