Description

The Doors Kaleidoscope Round Concert Poster (1967). The Kaleidoscope began as a venue run by Canned Heat's manager Skip Taylor, housed at the old Earl Carroll Theater at 6330 Sunset Strip in Hollywood. The location only held 1,000 people, so for the second scheduled show, featuring the Doors, the Peanut Butter Conspiracy, and The UFO, the show was moved to Ciro's on 8433 Sunset Strip (now the site of The Comedy Store). The event was held on April 21-23, 1967. This is an original first printing poster, done in day-glo colors on round paper stock, measuring 18.5" across. It's in Very Good Plus condition, with tape and minor staining on the reverse.
