    Description

The Beatles Look Magazine Posters by Richard Avedon (4) (NEMS Enterprises, Ltd., 1967). Very cool set at the apex of the "Flower Power" era, Brian Epstein commissioned famed photographer Richard Avedon to do a set of individual portraits of the members of the most popular rock and roll group of the day. After appearing in Look magazine, they were offered as posters, in all their far-out colors, can truly be called psychedelic. John Lennon's kaleidoscope eyes, George Harrison as a mystical guru, Paul McCartney with his flowers, and Ringo Starr with the dove of peace, perfectly capture that groovy moment in history.

Measuring approx: 22.5" by 31". Formerly rolled. Overall, in Very Good Plus condition with marks from rolling. COA from Heritage Auctions. From the Connie and Dennis Dailey Monumental Beatles Collection.
