Television 1975 CBGB's, New York City Concert Poster. A paper poster for a four-weekend residency by the mighty Television at the legendary dive bar, CBGB's in New York City. Pictured is the original lineup of the group, featuring bassist Richard Hell (who would later split off and front his own band). Formed in 1973, the CBGB's owner Hilly Kristal once noted how awful the band was in the beginning. But after time (and lots of playing), Television became their own thing that had a growing following. Coming from an idea of punk with a sound that involved very busy guitar playing with offbeat rhythms, Television would cement their special vibe on the 1977 classic debut album, Marquee Moon. But for this show, it was playing a number of tunes that would be on their debut, as well as Hell's future album "Blank Generation," listed here as "(I Belong to the) Blank Generation." Measures 11" x 17". In Very Good Plus condition with various spots of creasing throughout and toned edges. COA from Heritage Auctions.

The movie quite literally changed my life. I have included a pic of me in Sly's Rocky 3 Cashmere overcoat, would much appreciate if it is possible for you to forward this email to Sly to let him know the overcoat is in good hands, and will be well taken care of, (as will be the Rambo knife forging tools, the other lot I won!) Wish you very happy holidays and a great 2016!
