Rush / Blue Oyster Cult / Mott 1976 Shreveport, LA Handbill. An original paper concert flyer advertising Blue Oyster Cult, Rush, Mott (the Hoople) and Starz in concert at the Hirsch Memorial Coliseum in Shreveport, Louisiana on Thursday evening, July 8, 1976.

This red, white & blue glossy flyer pictures both Blue Oyster Cult, the Long Island, NY quintet who had five albums out on Columbia Records, and Canadian power-rock trio Rush, who had four LPs in the stores (including their latest, 2112). Also listed are Mott, which was Mott the Hoople after the departure of Ian Hunter and Mick Ronson, and the New York-based Starz, who never broke through.

Measures 8 1/2" x 11 1/4" and grades to Near Mint Minus condition. Just some slight surface creasing to the glossy stock, most notably right above "CON" at the top (but not touching the letters). Otherwise just very, very light handling. COA from Heritage Auctions.
