June 19, 1955, with fantastic, stripped down artwork, featuring photos of the top three acts on the billing "Roy Hamilton, Golden Boy Of Song, Lavern Baker, The "Tweedle Dee" Girl" and '"the famous Drifters". Also listed, without photos, but including song titles are "The Spaniels - "Doo Wah!"; Willie Mabon - "Poison Ivy"; Little Walkin' Willie and his Orchestra - "Blow Little Willie"; Jimmy Reed - "You Don't Have To Go"; and the Hearts - "Lonely Nights". The ninth and last act is Erskine Hawkins and his Orchestra with Della Reese. Printed by "E.J. Warner Poster Corp...N.Y.C.". Measures 18" x 24". In Good condition, with restoration to an approximate 2" x 3" area of loss to lower left edge, 2.5" tear to lower left edge, corners and edges chipped and worn in places, the poster has significant toning, possibly from prolonged exposure to the sun.
