    Description

    Little Richard Meadow Acres Ballroom Concert Poster (1957). Very Rare. Window card printed on card stock for a show on Wednesday, July 24th, in Topeka, KS. The poster shows a classic headshot of Little Richard on a yellow and red "stars" background, and lists four recent song releases: "Rip It Up", "Slippin' And Slidin", "Ready Teddy" and "Long Tall Sally". Printed by "Majestic Poster Press". Measures 14" x 22.5". In Very Good condition, with significant restoration, particularly the right edge, which has been expertly replaced, other repairs to corners and edges and lower half of poster, slight warping.

    This is the only copy known of this early, dazzling early poster featuring Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Little Richard.
