Johnny Carroll Klamath Falls Concert Poster (1959). Extremely Rare. Window card printed on blue card stock for a show in Oregon on Sat. Nov. 28th. The poster features a photo of headline act "Warner Bros. Recording Star Johnny Carrol", including a headshot of the Rockabilly star and lists recent recordings "Bandstand Doll", "The Swing", Sugar and "Lost Without You". The poster also includes a photo of Carroll's band the Spinners. Printed by "Tilghman Press...Oak.". Measures 14" x 22". In Very Good Plus condition with .5" area of surface paper loss to right edge, nicks and wear particularly to lower edge, toning to white upper section, small amount of stray printer's ink to the left of Carroll's image.

Vintage posters featuring 1950s Rockabilly star Johnny Carroll are highly sought after, and exceedingly rare in this condition. Carroll achieved moderate chart success in the 1950s but it's only in recent years that his contribution to Rockabilly and early Rock n' Roll music has fully been recognized.
