    Johnny Burnette/Righteous Bros. Sacramento Auditorium Concert Poster (KXOA Good Guys, 1963). Rare. Window card printed in neon orange and black on card stock for a "September Spectacular Benefit For Sacramento Children's Home!". The poster features photos and lists hit songs for the three headline acts Freddie Cannon - "Way Down Yonder In New Orleans", "Palisades Park" and "Patty Baby"; Johnny Burnette - "You're Sixteen", "Big, Big, World" and "It Isn't There"; and Paul Peterson - "She Can't Find Her Keys" and "My Dad". The support acts include The Rivingtons and The Righteous Bros. Printed by "Colby Poster Printing Co...L.A.". Measures 16.5" x 28". In Very Good Plus condition, with some rubbing and creasing to corners and edges, .25" x 6" strip of discoloration to black area at center of poster, two small stains to lower white border, toning to border generally.

    This is one of the earliest concert posters we have seen featuring the Righteous Bros. Their big break came in 1964 when they were spotted by Phil Spector who arranged for them to record on his Philles Records label. Their first release "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin" was a smash hit reaching number one on the Pop charts.
