Janis Joplin/Big Brother, Quicksilver 1967 S.F. Concert Poster Graded 10 Gem Mint (AOR-2.158). An original first-printing San Francisco concert poster for Big Brother & the Holding Company with Janis Joplin playing at California Hall on Friday and Saturday nights, June 2 & 3, 1967. On Friday night, Country Joe & the Fish were the opening act; on Saturday night, those honors went to Quicksilver Messenger Service. Designed by Michael Wood and printed by Pyxis Studios in S.F., this poster measures 13 3/4" x 19 3/4" and was graded to a perfect 10 Gem Mint by CGC (the Certified Guaranty Company).
