Hank Williams Mutual Arena Concert Handbill (Canada, 1952). A rare original handbill promoting a Toronto, Canada Hank Williams concert at the Mutual Arena on May 6, 1952. The handbill's simple design incorporates song titles of several Williams hits into its promotional spiel (example - "Do the BLUES COME AROUND out on that LOST HIGHWAY? A sort of LONG GONE LONESOME BLUES that leaves you with a COLD, COLD HEART? If so, get out of that MANSION ON THE HILL, and join us, for on MAY 6, 1952, we're goin' HONKY TONKIN'.") Billed as a "Grand Ole Opry Show", this event took place just over three months before the legendary Country outlaw was fired from the Opry for his unruly conduct and erratic behavior. By New Year's Day, 1953 Williams would be dead at the young age of 29. Though he had passed, his legend still lives to this day. Rare and charming. Measures 8" x 10". In Very Good condition, with pinholes at each corner, uneven toning, scattered staining/soiling, and a half-inch tear at the center of the left edge.

The movie quite literally changed my life. I have included a pic of me in Sly's Rocky 3 Cashmere overcoat, would much appreciate if it is possible for you to forward this email to Sly to let him know the overcoat is in good hands, and will be well taken care of, (as will be the Rambo knife forging tools, the other lot I won!) Wish you very happy holidays and a great 2016!
