Description

Grateful Dead Marigold Ballroom Concert Handbills (1967). Two different handbills for the Grateful Dead's first Fresno, California appearance on Friday, May 12, 1967 at the Marigold Ballroom with local opening act the Roadrunners. One is printed on orange paper showing artwork featuring the Grim Reaper; the second is on lime green paper with Rick Griffin-style artwork. Both measure 8.5" x 11". In Very Good Plus condition with some minor wear and creasing to corners, toning to edges of lime green handbill.
