Grateful Dead 1969 Washington University, St. Louis Silk-Screened Concert Poster. An original, vintage concert poster on thick black parchment-like paper for the Grateful Dead and Alvin Pivil performing in the Quad at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri on Thursday night, April 17, 1969.

This is really a beautiful silk-screened poster with unusual and sublime aesthetics. The thickness of the robust paper stock, the plum, blue and silver coloring, the creative image which is far more than just the band, the Dead themselves peering out at you, and that silver ticket information at the bottom add up to a very striking poster.
