    Gladiolas Palace Ballroom Concert Poster (1957). Extremely Rare. Window card for a "Variety Show" in Louisville, KY, on Fri. June 21st. The poster features a photo of the vocal R&B group and lists two recent singles "Little Darling" and 'Run, Run Little Joe". Printed by "Globe Poster, Baltimore". Measures approximately 14" x 22". In Very Good condition with tape repair (at the back) to a diagonal tear across the lower left corner, staple holes and wear to corners and edges, general toning.

    This is the only known example of this poster.

    The Gladiolas were a Doo Wop/R&B group of the late 1950s. They had changed their name from the Royal Charms, then re-named the group again to become the Excellos in 1958, and finally to Maurice Williams and the Zodiacs in 1959.
