Description

Elvis Presley Love Me Tender Fox Theatre Poster. A very rare 22" x 28" poster promoting both the release of the soundtrack LP for Elvis' 1956 movie debut as well as its screening engagement at the historic Fox Theatre in St. Louis. Built in 1928, the Fox was the first theater in the U.S. to have a built-in sound system (in anticipation of the popularity of "talkies"), and it has remained in business to the present day. The poster is in Fine to Very Fine condition with wear to the edges and corners and a heavy crease across the middle.
