Cream/Paul Butterfield Blues Band Fillmore Concert Poster BG-79 and Canned Heat Vulcan Gas Company Concert Poster VG21 Group (1967-68). It was a week of electric Blues at the Fillmore when Eric Clapton's powerhouse trio from London joined forces with Chicago's mighty harmonica-led band. This colorful and trippy poster was designed by Bonnie MacLean, and was only printed once. It measures approximately 14" x 21", and is in NM- condition, framed. Also included is a 1968 Canned Heat Vulcan Gas Company Concert Poster. Vulcan Gas Co. was Austin's original hippie hangout and posters from this venue were produced in small quantities, with no reprintings like their San Francisco counterparts (only 150 copies of this poster were produced). The 22" x 28" framed poster was created by underground comix artist Gilbert Shelton and advertises a Canned Heat show with Vulcan regulars the Conqueroo and Shiva's Head Band supporting. The poster has a minor tear in the lower left corner and mild edge wear, but overall ranks a solid VG. Requires third party shipping.
