Description

Bruce Springsteen Bottom Line Concert Poster (1975). Named by Rolling Stone magazine as one of the "50 Moments That Changed the History of Rock & Roll," Bruce Springsteen's historic 10-show, five night stand at New York's Bottom Line was also a truly defining moment in his own career. His first two albums had been met with critical acclaim but without commercial success, and he was about to release his third, Born To Run, on August 25. The album had terrific advance buzz, and the Bottom Line shows allowed him to debut Born To Run with a string of powerful, heartstopping shows in New York, the media capital of the world. Just weeks later Springsteen was on the cover of both Newsweek and Time magazines, Born To Run was all over the radio, and his career took a phenomenal leap forward that has not faltered since. The poster features a fantastic image of Bruce, "Wild and Innocent" and shot from the rear with his Stratocaster at ready. The poster is in Excellent condition and is mounted on foam board, with a few dings to the edges and tape pulls on the board back. It measures 28" x 21".
